Thank you for using the GATEWAY ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL of KMEA CAS ( KMEA College of Arts & Science ), Kuzhivelippady, Edathala P.O., Ernakulam District Kerala. If you are not satisfied with your TRANSACTION ALREADY DONE or have ENCOUNTERED a PAYMENT RELATED ISSUE , we are here to assist you.. Please read the below DETAILED POLICY ,carefully, before initiating a RE- FUND or a CANCELLATION REQUEST .
CANCELLATION OF PAYMENT
Once a Payment Transaction has been SUCESSFULLY completed and confirmed by the payment GATEWAY, cancellation of the particular TRANSACTION IS NOT PERMITTED ON ANY GROUND.. The Students are STRONGLY ADVISED to verify all the details ( including THE FEE HEAD,, THE FEE AMOUNT,, THE STUDENTS DEATAILS etc.) before confirming a particular PAYMENT.
In the event of a DUPLICATE PATMENT or TECHNIACAL ERROR resulting in an EXCESS PAYMENT CHARGE , the students may raise a RE-FUND REQUEST soon, as detailed below.
rEFUND POLICYRefunds will be considered only under the following Circumstances:
- Applicable only to a Duplicate Payment made for the SAME FEE HEAD and ACADEMIC YEAR..
- Payment debited from the BANK ACCOUNT / CARD but not credited against the Student Account due to TECHNICAL ERROR..
- ANY EXCESS AMOUNT PAYMENT made by the Student due to a System Error.
THE RE-FUND PROCESS.
- Once a REQUEST FOR RE-FUND is received and verified, the College will NOTIFY the student within the next 7 working days.
- If the Re fund is approved, it will be Credited to the Original Payment Source (Bank account / Card) within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the Processing Time of the particular BANK..
- The College will not be responsible for any DELAY , caused due to the Bank or GATEWAY PAYMENT ISSUES , after the Approval of the Refund.

The following FEE and CHARGES are strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances:
- (1) AnyAdmission / Application Processing Fee.
- (2) Any Examination Fee once submitted to Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU)
- (3) Any Caution Deposits (re-funded separately as per College norms at the time of Completion of Course)
- (4) Any Registration fee for Events, Seminars, Workshops,Value-added Programmes etc.
- (5) Any Library, Sports, and other one-time Levy Charges.
- (5) Any Fine amounts, IMPOSED AND COLLECTED on the ground of Disciplinary Pnishments from Students or Administrative / Office reasons.
To raise a REQUEST FOR RE FUND , the SWtudent or Parent/Guardian MUST;-
- Submit a Written Request to the PRINCIPAL, of KMEA CAS , within 10 Calendar Days ,with respect to the DISPUTED PAYMENT..
- Attach a COPY of the Payment Receipt or Transaction Confirmation (email / SMS).,as a PROOF. along with the Request.
- Provide PROOF of DOUBLE DEDUCTION viz;-, Bank Statement or Account Screen Shot.
- The Request to the Principal must include the NAMAE OF STUDENT,, ID NUMBER , COURSE OF STUDY, CONTACT DETAILS , PHONE NUMBER etc.
Note;- ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED AFTER TEN (10) DAYS OF INITIATING THE TRANSACTION ,WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED OR CONSIDERED FOR RE-FUND,.IN ANY CASE.
